YAAAASS! 🙌🏻 Here it is! The book I swear by. It's brilliantly crafted, utterly raw, and undoubtedly the best "health" book I have ever read! I laughed, I cried, ate chocolate, drank wine, and laughed and cried some more. I have never before felt more empowered, more beautiful, more proud to be a woman. Jasinda taught me to not only love myself but to love my body and to love it enough to fuel it for life, for living. And although I have a long way to go I finally see a light at the end of the tunnel, a stronger body, a smaller pants size, and less numbers on the scale, who by the way is now my friend and no longer the dreadful enemy.

This book was a game changer for me ! I've struggled for years with my weight, lacked motivation and defined myself by the number on the scale. Jasinda is so relateable and her program WILDER WAY is simple and easy to follow.
