Simple and Effective

There are so many different programs out there that "guarantee" results, and each one has it's own pitch/take on the best/fastest/easiest way to reach your goals, but for me none of them worked long-term. I would get into the program, not see gains, and slowly fall off the wagon.

I stumbled upon Michael's "Bigger, Leaner, Stronger" and thought I'd give it a try. The first thing I noticed was how simple and basic the program was. Almost seemed too good to be true, but so often the simpler something is the better it works. I was surprised to see fat literally fall off me (I lost 20lbs of fat in under 2 months) and muscle mass build up faster than I had ever seen it. Even my friends were noticing how quickly my body started to transform.

I work out 5 days a week and am in the gym only about an hour. My diet is much less strict than so many other diets I've done in conjunction with workout programs, and my strength and muscle mass just keeps going up. This program passes the acid-test for me, it just works. Finally something that gets results. I would have paid so much more to have this program years ago, just glad I finally found it.

Rarely does a workout book get it right, but...

I've been into working out for quite some time now and have read many books, worked with many trainers, and tried many routines. This book is one of the best I've read on getting in shape--period.

Workout the right way...

This book gives you a complete new understanding on working out and provides you with proven successful techniques to build muscle. For anyone looking for a straight forward book about getting bigger there are no other books I've ever read as simple and complete as Bigger Leaner Stronger.

The author also has a blog and he has replied to every single one of my questions almost immediately -- that's awesome!

I would highly recommend it to anyone.
