There’s been a murder in Paradise ...
As daughter of the late pack alpha, Regan Vuk is certain the title and responsibility is hers now. She is fast, smart, determined and has trained for this future her whole life. There’s just one person standing in her way.
Charlie has never lived in one place long enough to call it home. All she’s ever wanted is a place to belong in the world, but Charlie’s hope for safety and security vanishes when she’s kidnapped and taken against her will to meet the man who abandoned her mother seventeen years ago.
When Charlie finds out the only way to fit in with her new relatives is to defeat her long-lost sister for the role of alpha, she refuses. That is, until she meets Owen. Alluring and mysterious, Owen, is the “prize” in this twisted battle for power.
Regan has no doubt that, although she loathes vampires, she will be the one who "wins" Owen.
Only problem: Charlie's already fallen for him.

Werewolves and Vampires... what’s not to love?!
I absolutely loved this book. Plenty of twists and turns to keep you hooked. The biggest problem... too short! Lol. I can’t wait to read book 2!
I pretty much love everything about this book!! Werewolves, vampires, and an intriguing storyline? Sign me up! Can’t wait for the next one!!!!
This has both Werewolves & Vampires, & as always -natural enemies.
I highly recommend this book. I kept meaning to get this book for a while now, & I sure wish I hadn’t waited so long now! This has both Werewolves & Vampires, & as always -natural enemies. This was a fantastic read, it flowed well, the world building evolves with the story, as Charlie learns so does the reader. The Sisters, Charlie & Regan, are likable in different ways, their situation is unimaginable to have to be forced into lie they were, especially poor Charlie. There’s only a few little glimpses of Owen, the main male character, not enough to form an opinion of him yet, other than he’s a hunk. He sure sets the sisters off emotionally in different ways. The whole ending is set up as a powder keg of emotions ready to explode -type of cliff-hanger ending, making me want to grab the next book in the series & continue reading.
