Black Hills Legacy: The Inheritance

Book 10, Black Hills Rendezvous - The Inheritance Series

This book can be downloaded and read in Apple Books on your Mac or iOS device.

Robyn Craine has two loves: her Harley and the Mystery Spot, the Black Hills tourist attraction she bought with funds from her late mother’s estate, an inheritance that included a generous gift from billionaire Harold Hopewell. With a chance-of-a-lifetime expansion in the works, Robyn doesn’t have time to babysit the handsome Sentinel Passtime actor who shows up to do “research”—–especially when she figures out his connection to the wealthy businessman/politician trying to sabotage her new project.
Hollywood heartthrob Liam Temple has no intention of falling for a Black Hills local. His agent has Liam’s breakout, big budget movie deal lined up. Even though Liam likes his current Sentinel Passtime gig, he promised his late sister he’d win a Golden Globe by thirty-five. The last thing he needs is the distraction of a feisty, Harley-riding tourist trap owner caught in Liam’s father’s crosshairs for buying a hunk of land Richard Marston thinks belongs to him. But when Robyn’s doppelgänger stunt double is attacked, Liam recognizes his father’s MO and Liam makes keeping Robyn safe his first priority.

Black Hills Inheritance

An intriguing romance/mystery with enough twists and turns to keep us all going. She doesn't need men, he doesn't need entanglements, and yet Robyn and Liam are strong characters attracted to each other despite their best efforts to the contrary. The decades-old mystery woven through the current-day mystery leaves layers of story to unravel.

Black Hills Legacy is part of two different series, Black Hills Rendezvous (Hollywood meets the real wild west) by Debra Salonen and The Inheritance by multiple authors. Both series are awesome.
This book is about Robyn Craine, who has purchased the Mystery Spot and surrounding area after her mother passed away and she found out that her mother was given a sizeable inheritance by none other than billionaire Harold Hopewell so she wants to use the funds to expand her business along with having a TV show tape on the grounds.

Liam Temple, the TV show Sentinel Passtime’s law man and also the son of Richard Marston, a wealthy real estate developer who is using his son to get Robyn to sell him the land next to the Mystery Spot. What nobody knows is that 20 plus years ago something happened on that land and Richard doesn’t want anyone to find out about… he will do what he has to do to get the land. When Robyn and Liam meet about the show and the love interest in the show the sparks start flying but Robyn doesn’t know that Liam is Richard’s son.

As the story continues the plot thickens and so many different things start to happen at once ….. you start rooting for Robyn and Liam to solve the mystery of the land and to find their HEA together…..but… will Richard do something extreme that makes everything fall apart?????

Once you start reading you won’t want to put it down until the last word is read.
