Super powered humans started appearing 30 years ago. Now, they are everywhere. Bob Moore, Private Eye, dares to investigate those who could incinerate him with a thought. Will he want to for the man that destroyed his marriage?

What People are saying about Bob Moore

"The most delicious "superhero" themed book I've read. The world is incredibly deep, believable, and realistic with it's own rules and terminology. The characters come alive and make you feel."

-Vitaly Alexius, Creator Romantically Apocalyptic

"This was quite an enjoyable read. When you cross a gritty gumshoe with spandex superheros, their two worlds collide in spectacular fashion."

-Jeffrey Hendricks, Author Seeking the Heavens

"The book is fast and keeps your interest. This was the first book that as I approached the end, I started getting a feeling of dread that the end was coming up and at the same time I had to find out the finale. What an enjoyable sensation."

Like it was superglued to my hands

I'm not sure what I expected when I downloaded this book. All I know is that once I started reading, I took it everywhere - not wanting to put it down for more than a minute as it roped me in. This story is written by a young writer, but reads like one who is a veteran of his craft. Characters, especially the "no hero" protagonist have depth, but more importantly, they are consistent to themselves and the story. They are also incredibly, refreshingly flawed - and so much more believable because of it. As for the story, it's quite original, fun, and gritty without succumbing to cliche or overused literary devices that seem to dominate most works of fiction these days. If this is the first of many, count me an instant fan.

This is good

Oh my, what a great surprise. All I wanted was to read for a few minutes but little that I know, this was not going to happen... I highly recommend this and ask that you at least give it a little bit of your time, I believe you will be pleasantly surprised. Thank you sir, may I have another?

Great Read

It's been a long time since I've had the privilege to sit down and read a book simply for leisure. This one was definitely a good choice and kept me engaged from beginning to end. I finished it in one day; couldn't put it down. Thanks!
