Great stretch book with new creative stretches I had not seen before. The book offers 5,10 and 15 minutes routines for those of us short on time. I really enjoyed how simple it was to follow these well designed stretches. Being an actor I need to stay fit and flexible for whatever role I take on. Congrats to the author!!!
