*NOTE TO READERS*
AGAIN THIS BOOK ENDS ON A CLIFFHANGER.
This book is a stand alone story. However, to receive the full experience these books are recommended before "Chloe" in the following order:
Nero (Made Men, #1)
Vincent (Made Men, #2)
Slow start, but well worth it!
The first half of the book is mostly a repeat from the other two books. And although I understand the need to lay the ground work, I was anxious for Chloe's story to truly start ;) And it was well worth the wait. Another great book, can't wait for the next one. Please don't make us wait long. Pretty please!!
Not completely sure what to say. It felt more like a really long prologue then a book. This book was basically a review of everything that's happened but from Chloe's point of view. And a little bit of a lead into the next book. It's a great lead in to the next story but it was not a good story in itself. I loved her other two books and I will impatiently wait for the next book.
This entire book was 85% Nero from Chloe's point of view. It wasn't until chapter 35! that it finally moved away from the longest epilogue EVER! Even then the story flashed back to scenes I just reread in Chloe maybe 100 pages earlier. I'm really hoping the next book ventures into a story I haven't already read in books 1 and 2 or I'll be crossing this series off my must read list. Definitely not worth the money or the wait. Really disappointed with this one. The story just dragged! For those who haven't read it yet save yourself the frustration you aren't missing anything by skipping this one and holding out for the next with hopefully more substance.
