I am a jr. Hockey player who bought this book to help me get stronger since I don't have a trainer and work out at my HS gym. My goal is to hopefully play college hockey. I like the fact I can bring it to the gym, and there are video descriptions of all exercises. In the past 6 weeks I've gained a lot of strength, and definitely feel a difference in my game. I'd recommend for any serious hockey player trying to improve their overall strength.
