Kiera Connelly leads a quiet life, and that's just how she likes it. She's built a name as a graphic designer and meets up with her friends online, all from the comfort of her living room couch. But when a rare outing turns disastrous, Kiera finds herself up close and way too personal with an unbelievably hot real-life hero.
Zach Ashley doesn't see himself as a hero. He's just a regular guy who gets to help people every day as an EMT. But when he's called to a scene and has to treat his most gorgeous patient ever, he finds himself mixing work with pleasure. He never hesitates to put his life on the line...but will he ever risk his heart?
A fun, sexy and emotional romance!!!
Great story! More intensely emotional than I was expecting and that's always a good thing. Erin Nicholas took two people, Kiera and Zach, both of whom are a little emotionally damaged for different reasons, brought them together and created a fun, emotional and sexy romance. She's a master at doing that! Even though these two characters couldn't have been more different from each other, it really works. The story snags you in the beginning and doesn't let you go until the last page. The verbal foreplay was sizzling!
This is a fantastic start to a new series, Opposites Attract. I look forward to WHATEVER this author comes out with next.
Fantastic start to a new series!!
Completely Yours was such an amazing read! I wasn't sure what to think at first, with the whole gamer/cosplay stuff going on, but what I got was above and beyond what I was expecting.
I absolutely loved the chemistry between Zach and Kiera. Even when they don't want each other, there seems to be this invisible force, pulling them together. They brought out a better side of each other, and it was awesome to see the changes they make the further in to the book you get. I loved the banter between Zach and the other secondary characters, especially when him and Pete get together. Zach has this overprotective, fix everything attitude that you can't help but fall in love with, while Kiera has the kinda of personality that makes you want to be her best friend,
Erin Nicholas draws you in to the story from the beginning, and will have you tearing up as you get background looks as to why the characters are where they are now.
This was a fantastic start to an all new series, and I can't wait to see what she has in store for us next!! This is definitely a must read!!
Opposites really do attract!
Oh Erin Nicholas, I simply love you. I love your characters, I love your plots, I love your books. They make me so happy!!!
The first book in the Opposites Attract series, Completely Yours, was fantastic! When I read that this book was going to be about a geeky girl and a sexy EMT, I was hooked. I mean, this has interesting written all over it! Zach was exactly the kind of hero I love. Sexy, take charge, a bit reluctant but unable to keep his hands to himself, flat out swoony. But Kiera? I think she stole the show!!! She was so kick@$$. The way she stayed true to herself made me feel like a proud mom. I really really admire strong female characters who dig their heels in and stick to who they are, no matter if it's what the hero would prefer or not. And the fact that she was able to completely be herself and Zach found that sexy made the book. What a great message a book like this sends!!! Kiera was able to change the opinion of a headstrong man and for that...she's my favorite! These two burned up the pages with their chemistry! When you take people who are so obviously different, the results are nothing short of fireworks. Watching them fall in love was a sexy, funny, perfect experience. Can't wait for the next one!!! <3
