Very clear, concise steps to help you stay on track building good habits and breaking bad ones. . Motivated me to regroup certain aspects of my life with 3 simple steps; plan, track, reflect!

Real actionable steps to make a change
This books does well at covering some theory of human psychology and what motivates us as individuals. It also has real life examples and steps to make positive changes in one's life and day-to-day. I like that this is written by someone who has actually made changes in their own life. The writer shares those experiences as examples of what can be done when we set our state of mind correctly and focus on goals. Nicely done!
