Invaluable tool for aspiring freelancers
"Critical Path" takes a majority of the guess work away if you're trying to figure out where to start off in games journalism. If followed, any serious writer could gather a better understanding of what it takes to be taken seriously in the competitive world of writing about video games. If you have a desire to do this for a living or simply want to understand what the business is like, I'd be hard pressed not to recommend this vital book.
