Great for P90X2 Grad's
This book was in a great format with the layouts and the videos. I've been through 4 phases of P90X and one of P90X2, and I just finished my first Warrior workout dorm this book, and it was a great challenge. Thanks to the videos I learned some things I've been doing wrong for over a year now. I hope Tony continues to put new workouts out in this format. He is the fitness guru!
