The Dahlia Bakery Cookbook
Like the previous reviewer I loved the layout and how interactive it was. It made me very happy to have chosen the digital version over the hard copy. However the first recipe I tried, the buttery cupcakes, was a complete failure. I realize now that the mistake is in the amount of sugar. Before making the cupcakes I noticed that the volume and weight measurements did not concur, but chose to use the weight indicated, over the volume, as the book recommends that that is the most accurate to go. Hopefully there will not be more discrepancies in the recipes as there are many more I am looking forward to try.
