Dark Matter
As a fan of writers like Ian Fleming, Issac Asimov, and yes... Huxley, Wells, and similar Science Fiction authors, Ian Douglas has really "hit the target". Dark Matter, like all quality SF works includes the key element of "future possibilities, while not shirking social commentary of humanity. A delightful read! Though I purchased the Star Carrier set; was skeptical that the excitement could be maintained... instead I was sad to see it end; (so much) that I immediately began "researching" for the possibility of another or "next" in this exciting series... Bravo, Keith! Great work!

GREAT
I'm a hard core syfi reader for years. I do enjoy the books by Douglas. I feel that his Star Carrier series is fun and interesting, love the hi-tech space battles. Keep them coming!
Repetitive
The author keeps reciting the same techno babble over and over through every book. Which really wears on a reader. This whole series I've had to skip through it all sadly. Which in essence makes these books half as long . Use a appendix or something please.
