After the September 11th attacks, a new superhero emerged in Manhattan. With no memory of his identity or origins, this figure is a superhuman breed between human and canine. He joins the FBI to in an organized crime case, that may solve the mystery of his origins. One year later a millionaire playboy, and avid comic book connoisseur, uses his fortune to become a costumed hero and save lives from certain death… all in hopes to repay dark sins he committed.
