Easy read...great business ideas
I heard of Zappos only a few months back (other than the puppet commercials), and I have been thoroughly impressed by their intense focus on running a business that is truly focused on exceptional customer service...creating WOW moments for customers. I bought this book mostly to see what additional customer service ideas I could learn and apply to my business...there were a few additional ideas, but most of the book's value (in my opinion) was from the various aspects of forming, adjusting, and executing a young business...very helpful! Additionally, Tony has a wonderful communication style that makes this an easy and enjoyable read. I highly recommend this book.
