Dragon's Song

This book can be downloaded and read in Apple Books on your Mac or iOS device.

Rose really wants her son to have more playmates, but the fourth egg hasn't hatched yet.  Then she learns that the newest egg has parents . . . who haven't stepped forward to claim her yet.  And she's refusing to hatch until they do.

What in the world is going on?  And what will happen when the new dragon's parents do claim her?

Baby Dragons are the best

"Sometimes she even questioned why she cared so much about paleontology, given that she had a real-life dragon living with her. But a living dragon was not the same as a fossil. A living dragon was a person who had to be loved and cared for. A fossil was a mystery to be solved."

Virgil's parents were still struggling with being parents to a dragon. But all Virgil wants to do is play...With his bucket...or Violet...or the other two dragons who had parents: and yes, he insisted, a fourth set of parents was chosen...the little egg had chosen! And Virgil wanted to see the new dragon girl because Violet was boring when she would not play with Virgil.

And so Rose and Henry are caught up in finding exactly who the new egg had chosen...And how could they handle caring for her?

In this, the fifth book in Sorensen's Dragon stories, we are as entertained by the time frame priorities as much as having a baby Dragon burn his way through them...As long as he doesn't burn Henry's textbook. Highly recommended. 5/
