Book 7.3, Montgomery Ink
Carrie Ann Ryan
This book can be downloaded and read in iBooks on your Mac or iOS device.
Grayson Cleary left town before graduation day and never looked back. Most people back home pegged him as a dropout. Over time, he’s worked to make something of his life and leave his past behind, so when his ten-year reunion comes up, he has no intention of attending. When his best friend begs him to go, Grayson finds himself confronted with a past he’d rather forget and the one woman he’s always craved.
Kate St. Dalton had everything when she left her hometown. Not only was she Valedictorian with a full scholarship, but she was also engaged to the boy of her dreams. Then, life threw a wrench in her plans, and she had to find a way to live the new life fate handed her. The last thing she needs is the hot boy from high school returning to town as the sexy man of her dreams.
When the two take a chance and use the reunion week to burn up the sheets, they’ll have to remember that it’s only for a few nights—not for a lifetime. And decide if what they have is just a fling…or something far more than a mere reunion.
I totally loved this book. It's actually way up there as one of my favorites of Carrie Ann. We all know what's it like to go to reunions, how you may be worrying about how people will remember you and how they'll see you now. Grayson is my new favorite hunk. He's hot and tatted and protective and just an all around mega man. And Kate is strong and protective and just an amazing woman. Again, totally loved this book!!! Can't wait to read the rest of the books in the series
This story had my undivided attention from page one. If you are a Montgomery Ink fan then you will remember Grayson, he is friends with Brody and Alex. Grayson no more wants to relive his High school days, however he is a loyal friend, and Leah asks him to come. He reconnects with his high school crush and sparks fly. They are a great couple and you will love this story of them.
Dropout is book 1 of 5 in the Bad Boy Homecoming seriesby 5 different authors. Carrie Ann Ryan is one of my go-to authors. So when I saw that she was doing this series I got little excited to see what she would come up with.
By the end of this book, I didnt want it to end. I wanted more of Greyson and Kate, would love to see a book about what life was like between the last chapter and the epilogue. I will be buying the other books to see what eles happens at this 10-year reunion.
