About the Author

An international journalist, editor and author, Shamlal Puri, has worked full time with the media in Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East in a career spanning over 30 years. He lived in Dubai for three years during which he gathered first hand impressions for this novel. Shamlal is well traveled and now lives and works in the United Kingdom where he devotes more time to writing fiction. He has authored several books; including That's Life: Michael Matatu at Large and Axis of Evil: Blood Money.
