In depth, transformation health wisdom...

On the last few chapters now and I have yet to read a more comprehensive book on health...had no idea how so much of my energy, my immune system and my health is dependent on a healthy gut. I've been taking Dr. Axe's advice for years and as a result I have more natural energy than most anyone I know, I hardly ever get sick, and I feel great.

With this book, I've made a lot of additional changes to my diet to improve my digestive system: cutting out more processed foods, eating more fermented foods, and am now adding more essential oils into my health regimen.
