Ready for some Nettle soup!
I was surprised with the wealth of information about 31 edible wild
plants. I knew some of them and have used them for tea (Chamomile),
soup (Nettle), or juice (Elder). I was surprised to learn about much
more that are out there! The book gives practical advice how to
identify, forage, and process wild plants. If you are an aspiring
botanist, you need to heed the advice of the book and read the whole
book before running in the wild and collecting plants! Great read.
Very informative. Loved it! I only wish the book gave a reference of
the author(s) of the book as I am sure they invested a lot of time and
efforts to compile all the information. I highly recommend the book!
