A Taste of Delicious......
Overall I would give this book a 8 ½ out of 10, we all understand where our eggs come from…that’s a no brainer, but understanding the different types of eggs was very interesting to learn…eggs are actually one of the main ingredients for a lot of the foods we cook…so if you’re trying to learn more about what exactly the egg can do….then this is your book. Love books with recipes, it gives me the ability to think outside the box and probably find a new favorite dish to make. The good, the bad, and the yummy is what I would use to describe this book….the good of the egg, the bad of the egg, and the yummy recipes that are sure to spice up your breakfast, lunch and dinner tables.
This book is amazing. All the things you can create and make using eggs is amazing. You can sometimes just use the egg whites or just the yolk; whatever you like and it's still so so good. I never thought I'd like egg whites in anything, just by itself, but with a bit of seasoning it tastes so good. I found it so interesting the amount of things you can make with eggs. Eggs are good source of protein, so I love using this cookbook when I don't really want to use just meat in all my meals.
Whether you're an amateur cook, a beginner or a pro, this book will help you in your cooking skills. It contains European, Caribbean and South American cuisine all in one book. It also tells you about the different types of eggs, chicken breeds and their eggs and the nutrition benefits of eggs. If you are a vegetarian, do not worry, there is a whole section for you. It is worth every penny. If I had to describe this book in one word, that word would be versatile.
