Emotional Agility - MUST READ

I’m an avid reader of books that help people improve at living in a world that is out of control. Susan David has written a masterpiece filled with practical ideas and processes that will help any individual improve their state of mind and their ability to cope with the challenges of living in the 21st century. I’d give it 6 stars! This could be the best book I have ever read.
