Great cookbook for those needing low sodium and fat recipes

This book describes the alkaline diet and how it can help keep you healthy. The recipes are low sodium, and low fat, but high in fiber and antioxidants. Meals are included as well as smoothies and snacks too! This book also includes 3 30-day meal plans to support kidney, immunity and thyroid functions. The recipes sund delicious and healthy.

Good cookbook for those with special needs in their diet

This is a really awesome book for dieting. It not only offers recipes but it breaks it down into meal plans for specific needs. There is one for immunity boost, kidney support, and thyroid support. It has a guide that shows what foods are good foods and what to avoid. It explains why you need to watch the PH of the foods that you are putting into your body, and the benefits of doing so. I think that It would be great for those that are actively dieting and anyone who has some kind of thyroid or kidney issue, or a reason to be preventative about those diseases. Good book and some really yummy recipes.
