Super recipes from different countries. Ones I have tried were easy and super healthy. Also great tips for burning body fat, eating right, etc. Nice combination of great food that also is focused on fitness and easy enough to cook every day. Like the comments on recipes and detailed directions.

Great book. Delicious food that doesn't take all night to prepare. As a college student strapped for time and with a physically active lifestyle these recipes are perfect.
