I love this diet plan and it is the only one that I have been able to stick to. The meals are simple and easy and involve foods that I like and would normally eat. I find ways to make things my own and jazz it up a little if I need to without changing anything too much. I've lost 10lbs in just 12 days and haven't even stuck to the exercise plan to the T.
