FIGHT FOR HER
4 1/2 STARS!
Electrifying chemistry and a sweet romance bring the story of a former champion fighter and a empty-nested nurse to life! I loved these characters and the dynamic between them … the only thing missing was MORE.
Grayson Green is practically a household name from his notoriety with his MMA championship career over the years, but it gets old. He never knows if someone only wants to be around him because of who he is, or if they are actually being real. When he meets someone who actually has no clue who he is, it’s refreshing!
Emory doesn’t know anything about the sport, much less it’s participants. All she knows is the heat she feels throughout her body the first time she lays eyes on him across the bar. Wow!
An unlikely couple with a sizzling connection between them. Will they decide to pursue a relationship from it? And when Gray things his past is coming back to bite him, will he be able to deal with it and keep Emory and their life together safe?
Great series starter!!!
This is book one in the MMA Fighter Romance series and it features Grayson Green, retired MMA fighter and Emory, nurse practitioner. Emory's occupation probably should have played a more important part in this story but it was still good regardless. I loved Grayson's forwardness, his protectiveness and Emory's hesitancy. Watching them get to know each other and watching their romance blossom was beautiful. The Casale family was a brilliant addition to this already great story line.
It was over too fast! I can't wait for the next book in this series.
