This book can be downloaded and read in Apple Books on your Mac or iOS device.

Emily Wayborn is finally her own woman.

After a string of shameful relationships and reckless partying with her best friend Amber, she’s now a successful voiceover actress, her wild past and everyone in it firmly behind her. Until she receives a cryptic voicemail from her former friend that sends her spiraling into the darkness she thought she had outrun. One thing is clear from the message, Amber is in trouble.

Determined to track down her friend, Emily follows a chain of clues that leads her to Reeve Sallis, a gorgeous and equally dangerous hotelier known for his power games and shady dealings. Now, in order to find Amber, Emily must return to her playgirl ways to uncover his secrets and track down her friend. But as she becomes more entangled with him, she finds she's drawn to Reeve and his depravity despite her growing conviction that he may be the one responsible for Amber’ s disappearance.

From Publishers Weekly

Oct 19, 2015 – Paige (Find Me) treads the gothic side of contemporary erotic romance in this discomfiting series launch. TV actor Emily Wayborn is distressed when her former friend and mentor Amber goes missing after leaving her a strange voice mail message. Emily tracks down Amber's ex-lover, the wealthy, domineering Reeve Sallis, and she seduces him for information, suspecting he's behind Amber's disappearance but willing to take the risk. Amber looms large in Emily's mind even after a six-year separation; her possible fate and the suspicious death of Reeve's lover Missy remain a dark undercurrent throughout. Emily revels in Reeve's potential danger to her, both thrilled and tormented by her overwhelming desire for Reeve's possessive actions and sexual forcefulness, while finding it difficult to accept his intense feelings for her. Paige connects these emotional agonies with Emily's past experiences of violent abuse, which are depicted in disturbing detail. Amber's fate is ultimately overshadowed by revelations from Reeve that propel Emily toward self-discovery, forging a new level of intimacy between them. Positive comparisons to E.L. James's Fifty Shades trilogy are somewhat justified, but every unlikable aspect of those books is on display here as well.

First Touch

WOW, great book! Could not put it down. Great story line and characters. Reeves a dominant Greek mobster and Emily a survivor, strong willed loyal and broken. Can't wait to read the next one. OMG, what a cliff hanger

What just happened...

Laurelin is one talented writer. My one word at the end of this book...Amazed. The story took a little to grab my attention at first but once it did...I was a goner. I'll be back for book 2...but for now I'm off to read the newest in Laurelin's Hudson series.

First Touch

First Touch is a dark spellbinding, suspenseful, shocking, intense novel. I just discovered another side to Laurelin Paige's writing. Was on edge and hooked until the last page.
