I really enjoyed reading this book. Drew did a good job of putting his whole Fit2Fat2Fit journey in perspective. He is able to put across the fact that balance is key and took time to explain the finer points of getting fit and healthy. Definitely a great book for someone who has just made the big decision to live a healthier lifestyle. Even veteran fitness gurus can learn from his experience. This book is well-written and an enjoyable read. I recommend it without reservations... and by the way I lost 30lbs following his workout and meal plans, to reach my healthy weight goal.

This book is incredibly inspiring. It's a short and simple book that gets to the point. Very easy read.
