Just what I needed
As a FOK and Engine2Diet disciple this is a godsend. I (and wife) became plant based in 2/2012 and lowered my chol and lost 30lbs. Now weigh 149lbs. Eliminated 3 chol pills and acid reflux/heartburn med also!

Animal based proteins make me sick now thinking about them. This is the way humans need to consume food. Spread the word. I am living proof. Already converted 6 people as well. More to come.....
Let me start of by saying that I'm in no way shape or form a vegan, but this food is amazing. It allows simple foods to transform into a 5🌟 dinning experience. Also I've known the author my whole life and he's an amazing chef and person so buy this book!!!!!
