Book 3.2, Titan - A Titan Novella
This book can be downloaded and read in iBooks on your Mac or iOS device.
Brock Gamble’s epic fall from the Titan Group labeled him a traitor. He betrayed his men. He failed his family. And when he thought he’d hit the lowest point, his wife walked out with their children, leaving him alone to drown himself in the bottle.
Surviving an abduction didn’t end the nightmare for Sarah Gamble. The aftershocks of post-traumatic stress disorder hit her hard. Self-doubt and confusion. Anger and hurt. Running away was an easy escape until Brock shows up on her doorstep offering a trip to paradise and a promise to fix their marriage.
Before the couple can search for answers, Brock is pulled back into the very world that Sarah is so scared of—kidnapping, cartels, and guns—and the stakes are too high for either one of them to ignore.
So glad you wrote a continuation for Brock and Sara. He had a lot to overcome...to say the least. It's super hot to have a Titan show his soft side. Fans of The Titan Group must read this one!
Awww seriously sweet!
Brock Gamble has been married to Sarah for more than a decade. What they don't know about each other is just too much for that amount of time. Brock is such a dangerous man, and for the most part he shares as much of the truth about his job as he can. Sarah, is the mother of his 2 children. She hides more than she tells.
Sarah, decides to finally give Brock a chance to talk things out and in the middle of it all Titan calls. Jared tells him he is the only one near by who can save this girl. In the middle of working things out with his wife he has to go out for a mission?
Brock is disgusted that he needs Sarah's help on this mission he should not even be doing. So many things could go wrong, but if anything happens to the love of his life.... why wake up in the morning? It took time to get out of the bottle and admit he needed her and now this?
Sarah is trying to understand where Brock is right now. She also understands as a mother that if it were her daughter, she would want someone to go in and save the day. She offers to help because there is no one else and she is capable of taking orders.
Brock is injured and Jared must come rescue him and this turns the tides for them. Jared is still angry about Brock's lies. Brock just wants to move on. Wherever that leads to. As long as Sarah is there, he is good.
Such great character development happens in this book for many a Titan character. I was thrilled to see so many favorites! This book is known as Titan series Book # 4 by some and 3.2 by others. You can read it by itself but in order is just more fun. See more about the Titan series at GOODREADS.
Great quick read!
After reading Jared's story, you really want to not like Brock, but you just can't help it. Loved this story to see his side of everything and the aftermath of his decisions plus seeing him get the chance to redeem himself. Great, quick story to read!
