Gender Related Issues in STEM

The purpose of this book is to share information that explores the lives and work of women in STEM. Because it cannot be assumed, as Koch (2014) said in the preface of the book, that women have reached their point of full and active participation in STEM fields, it becomes critical to keep a source of encouragement before women and girls internationally to encourage them, exhort them, and inspire them to be a part of STEM fields.
