BEWARE: This book is a fraud!
This "author" is clearly using deceptive advertising by copying the cover of Dr. William Davis' book "Wheat Belly" to try and dupe people into thinking her book is full of wheat-free, paleo friendly recipes and affiliated with Davis' book. Sadly, this is not the case. With ingredients like canola oil, rice flour, Sugar and splenda (aspartame), Erica Gambrell is clearly a clueless hack attempting to cash in on the low-carb trend by publishing this shady and fraudulent cookbook.
Not low carb and not gluten free
I hate false advertising. DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK! Lots of repeated (similar) items that really are not low carb and some are not gluten free.
