Hannifin v. Retail Clerks

This is an appeal from a jury verdict rendered in the district court of Silver Bow County against defendant Retail Clerks International Association. The action was brought by Mayme OConnell Hannifin alleging among other things, that the Retail Clerks International Association had induced Retail Clerks Union Local No. 4 to breach its employment contract with her.
