DECISION The initial decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board (Board) dated November 8, 1989, which became final on march 19,
1990, Docket No. DC07528910536, dismissed for lack of jurisdiction Franklin L. Hanson's appeal of his removal from the position
of Civil Engineering Technician with the Department of the Army (Army) because Hanson had waived his right to appeal disciplinary
actions to the Board in settlement of the prior removal action. We affirm.
