Harry Potter and the Cursed Child – Parts One and Two (Special Rehearsal Edition)

Book 8, The Harry Potter Series - The Official Script Book of the Original West End Production

This book is available for download with iBooks on your Mac or iOS device, and with iTunes on your computer. Books can be read with iBooks on your Mac or iOS device.

Description

Based on an original new story by J.K. Rowling, Jack Thorne and John Tiffany, a new play by Jack Thorne, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is the eighth story in the Harry Potter series and the first official Harry Potter story to be presented on stage. The play received its world premiere in London’s West End on 30th July 2016.

It was always difficult being Harry Potter and it isn’t much easier now that he is an overworked employee of the Ministry of Magic, a husband and father of three school-age children.

While Harry grapples with a past that refuses to stay where it belongs, his youngest son Albus must struggle with the weight of a family legacy he never wanted. As past and present fuse ominously, both father and son learn the uncomfortable truth: sometimes, darkness comes from unexpected places.

Customer Reviews

Shut up

Guys. If you didn't know it was a play then you shouldn't be writing a review. Shut up about it "lying to you" and "read the fine print"- actually read the book. Shakespeare only wrote plays so why can't JK Rowling do it? Either read it and review it for the actual content or leave.

People...people...

Settle yourselves down! It is a script. Not a book. Be happy J.K Rowling was nice enough to put it in the series. Also, to the person who said he first book was 1200 pages, you obviously haven't read the book and need to do your Harry Potter homework. The book was 309 pages, not 1200.😐🙄

Fan Girl fiction at its worse

Jo must be out her mind to endorse such a rudimentary story
