What's New in Version 1.1
I've been searching for this book for a VERY long time. When I saw it as an iBook I had to get it! Bill Pearl took his time to write this book. He discussed in detail exercise routines for every muscle group! He even discuss the importance of good nutrition. Some of the exercises listed I never knew existed and I've been lifting since I was 13! This is a definite must have book for any man or woman that want to build a great body...you'll thank me later
The weight training Bible…I am serious
Bill Pearle has put the greatest weight training reference ever written on iBooks. This book is for both men and women. He covers evry muscle group. He illustrates how to work each muscle in a number of different ways with free weights, machines, and no equipment at all. The book is very thorough. It is a reference you will go back to again and again for the rest of your life.
This is my second copy. My original paper back copy was lost in a house disaster. I am very pleased to find the book is back in print. Bill Pearle is a master at shaping the body.
I am relatively new to iBooks. I was a little confused initially about how to jump from chapter to chapter in the Table of Contents. I eventually figured out an index system had to be selected.
