Wikipedia defines Travel Photography as; ‘a subcategory of photography involving the documentation of an area’s landscape, peoples, cultures, customs, and history.’ 


The idea of this eBook is to provide a photographic essay that serves to convey an artistic and informative portrayal of several locations within Eastern Tasmania. ‘Traveling with Purpose’ presents the fundamental tenets of travel photography in a straightforward manner, illustrated with images of Eastern Tasmania and encompasses lighting and shooting condition challenges that are inherent in travel photography. Each chapter covers travel tips as well as photographic techniques designed to enhance the overall travel experience.
