#4, Princesses of Myth

This book can be downloaded and read in Apple Books on your Mac or iOS device.

To love and protect…across worlds.

War rages on planet Magio, where soul-bonds are forbidden between the people of Peacio and Dralion, yet within a high-ranking inner circle, those illicit bonds exist and teeter perilously on the edge of discovery.

Twenty-year-old Peacian empath Belle Benner has been waiting two years for her soul-bound mate to claim her and when she finally meets him, she discovers he's the last person she ever expected him to be. Her mate is a warrior healer from within the enemy's ranks, a man she must release if she wishes to accept the greatest challenge she'll ever undertake, that of bringing their world's warring to an end.

Dralion warrior healer Nicolas Vegara will do whatever it takes to keep the war between the nations of Peacio and Dralion from escalating. If he must give up his forbidden soul-bound mate, he will. If dangerous lies must be told to safeguard her, he'll utter them, and if he must lay down his life for those he's called to protect, then he'll do so.

It's time for the battle of two warring nations to come to a head. Can this young mated pair bring together two battling kings to resolve their issues…and find love along the way for themselves?

Wonderful Read‼

What I love about Joanne Wadsworth books that they are standalones within a series. This is the last book in the Princesses of Myth series, but my first one to read. I have read some of Joanne's Fae Series and have fell in love with them. Needless to say, I will go back and read the other books in this series also.

Belle (who is an empath) and Nicolas (who is a healer) are soul mates, but war has made them unable to come together. So they decide to release each other as Nicolas must protect the princesses of his country.
The plan is to have Nicolas court the princess Faith and make everyone believe it. But secrets have a way of getting out and plans must change.

As they fight the soul mate pull, they decide to make special memories to remember each other. However; the special memories are doing the opposite effect and making them want each other more.

Can they resist the pull in order to ensure the princesses are safe or do they give into it?

The journey these two characters go on, along with their friends kept me spellbound throughout the book. I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys fantasy and young love.

I received a complimentary copy of this book in exchange for a fair and honest review.

5 Koala Paws

Action, adventure and romance. A winning combination

In this final installment of the The Princesses of Myth series, Belle Benner of Peacio, and Nicolas Vegara of Dralion are a mated pair forced apart by their dedication to establishing peace between their nations. Despite the fact they release each other from their bond, the attraction between them is strong. In order to protect the princesses, Nicolas must fake a relationship with one of them, and Belle must stand aside and watch as the man she loves does what his brain tells him, despite what his heart is insisting on.
Wadsworth does an amazing job weaving the characters together to make a compelling and enjoyable story. The book, while a stand-alone title, is a perfect resolution for the series. The chemistry between the two main characters is undeniable and you find yourself rooting for them. I am sad to see this series end, but as always, I'm looking forward to reading more from this author.
