What's New in Version 1.2
Italian recipes are just like the ones I ate while in Rome. They’re easy to follow and I liked how there were alternative ways to cook certain things making it easier for non-cooks like me. However the format was irritating and I can’t recommend this to a friend due to the author. He promotes hateful and false statements and for someone trying to get his book popular he’s doing himself a disservice.
Marco Zavagno has written a fantastic book to help the simple minded like me to cook like a pro. This is an easy to follow and a totally rewarding result from the work. Cook Like an Italian is fun and so rewarding.
