Dead Days: Season Nine

This book can be downloaded and read in iBooks on your Mac or iOS device.

Back in October 2013, a chaotic infection spread across the globe, turning the majority of the population into bloodthirsty zombies.

The weak fell. Many of the strong fell, too.

But some fought. They did things they weren't proud of. They made gut-wrenching decisions and faced up to dark realities in order to live.

Dead Days is the story of a group of those survivors.

Season Nine takes place six months after the jaw-dropping conclusion of Season Eight.

Riley is a changed man. An old friend has returned, giving him a new sense of purpose. After months of battling his demons and suffering crippling losses, he is finding happiness in the smaller moments, finally facing up to the realities of the world he lives in.

But everything changes when Riley and his group come face to face with a mysterious masked figure offering the most tantalising promise of all: an extraction point. A way of escaping the grips of the undead, forever.

Now, with the promise of safety within touching distance, Riley and his friends must dig deep and embark on a dangerous journey that pushes them all to the brink. And it doesn’t take long to learn a devastating secret about the very nature of the zombie infection that changes their lives all over again…

In the Dead Days, no-one is safe.

With fast-paced zombie action and claustrophobic intensity, Dead Days is a truly unmissable serial adventure. Scroll up and buy the complete season nine now. You'll be hooked on every twist and turn, right through to the nailbiting final scenes...

Ryan Casy...

How do you build up your readers only to tear us down but by bit in each chapter to be mushy mess of sobs? We traveled with Riley since Season One where he's gone from a boy/man to Season Nine a man. He's left people behind only to learn that its friends and Family that will help you survive whatever you try and make it through, it doesn't matter if it's life or a man made ZA. Riley was a lost soul really in the beginning of this series damaged from life itself, tarnished by the loss of his grandmother, the loss of not knowing where or if his ex girlfriend and son are. Learning to fight hard for what he wants.
Season Nine has been no different bringing familiar faces back and taking some away, causing rifts in the group and something tear them apart. Leaving Riley with all of it to bear as well as become stronger from. I was a little mixed with the ending of Season Nine, but it still warmed my heart on what's to come. I also feel like what is the relationship with Anna and Riley? Are they just two people who are attracted to each other but have a deep connection or will they end up moving forward together. I mean after all he loved Jordana and he's always had a thing for Ana, but what about his baby mama? Where will that whole thing go? And now he has added to him a baby, a teenager. The new world has a lot that's about to enter it.

I recommend this book to anyone who loves a good ZA book and great character development.
