Supporting her brother and juggling a hard life, Jess refuses to approve a permit to demolish the old house. No way will she let arrogant, wealthy Mr. West destroy her dream. Unwilling to accept defeat, Stryker's confident he can prevail. He insists staying in town is about winning and has nothing to do with heat from a determined blonde.
Too stubborn to budge, Jess holds fast, struggling against her attraction to her worst enemy. Will the winner of the battle lose at love?
I love this story
Jess Lennox lives in the small town of Pine Grove with her brother Will. The house on 113 is her dream house for the bed and breakfast she wants to open. She has wanted this since she was a child. But when the for sale sign comes down and she gets word that its to be demolished. She starts fighting tooth and nail to hang onto it and renovate it to its former glory. Stryker West inherited the house on 113 from his Aunt Minnie after her passing. All he wants to do is demolish it and go about his business in London. That is until he meet Jess. She catches his eye at the first town hall meeting. Can Jess see past his saucy attitude and convince him to renovate rather than demolish? Only time will tell. Jess can't stand the billionaire know as Stryker West. She loathes any part of him. Until something changes and she starts to warm up and fall for the billionaire. Only one thing standing in their way of finding love. The house on 113. Can they come to a understanding or will this rip them apart?
