Book 3, Dust Lands

The gut-wrenching third book in the highly praised Dust Lands trilogy, which MTV’s Hollywood Crush blog called “better than The Hunger Games.”
Saba is ready to seize her destiny and defeat DeMalo and the Tonton...until she meets him and he confounds all her expectations with his seductive vision of a healed earth, a New Eden. DeMalo wants Saba to join him, in life and work, to create and build a healthy, stable, sustainable world…for the chosen few.
Jack’s choice is clear: to fight DeMalo and try to stop New Eden. Still uncertain, her connection with DeMalo a secret, Saba commits herself to the fight. Joined by her brother, Lugh, anxious for the land in New Eden, Saba leads an inexperienced guerilla band against the powerfully charismatic DeMalo, in command of his settlers and the Tonton militia. What chance do they have? Saba must act. And be willing to pay the price.
Raging Star is the stunningly beautiful conclusion to the Dust Lands Trilogy, which has been called “better than The Hunger Games” by MTV’s Hollywood Crush.
Love the Dust Land series
Super excited for Young's third book in the Dust Land series. The first two were exciting and hooked you in immediately. Disappointed I have to wait six days until I can get my hands on Raging Star but if it's Anything like her other novels I'm sure it's worth the wait.
I really enjoyed this book. I finished it quickly (roughly 6 hours) just as I had Blood Red Road and Rebel Heart. These are really amazing books, the way Moira Young tells these stories is truly unique. The way she writes, although at first is tricky, you very easily get the hang of it and it actually engulfs you much more into the story. You find yourself much deeper into this world than many others. This specific book was very good and really lived up to the anticipation. Her first two were so good, I didn't know if this ending would be disappointing and although it's not an ideal ending, I understand why the author wrote it the way she did. It's hard when a really good series like this comes to an end. What an enticing world to live in Moira Young, thank you for the adventures!
I felt like I was in this exciting land. She incorporates super cool ideas all into one book. Not a predictable book. I wish there were more!!
