INTRODUCTION During the last years, when the processes of economy globalization advance quickly, epistemic thinking and the openings to new conversations and new approaches to the production of theory in the field of international management, is emphasized. The management academics try to codify their epistemological and theoretical methodological researches to follow the steps of the developed scientific paradigms within the multi-paradigmatic world of the organizational theory in favor of a consensus and a technical certainty. The high quality of the research implies scientific studies of the global phenomena--local (glocal) with the objective of building theories that can imply, explain and predict the specific phenomena and to relate them with the local social and cultural context.
