Profoundly simple and awesome
This book contains a lot of deep Buddhist wisdom, explained in extremely simple terms relevant to daily life. Showing that a one-breath or three-breath meditation is enough to produce joy and change one's life (if we actually do it), this book empowers us to access mindful joy regardless of our personality and circumstance. With cheesy humor and simple exercises, this book is a joy to read and follow. The audiobook version is very good, too, for those who don't have time to read but have moments to spare during the daily commute.
