Great read! I'm doing the ketosis way of eating right now and have lost close to 30 pounds so far. But most importantly my blood sugars have gone way down, my energy level is so great. I'm no longer in a lethargic funk! Just amazed at the science of it all, great book, I wish it was longer, I read it too quick, lol
