Great keto book that emphasizes on health and not fad approaches to keto.
Loved the book
I liked the emphasis on the healthier ingredients. Having had breast cancer, I could relate to Dr. Axe’s mom’s situation. Post chemo has been very difficult for me and this book made a lot of sense.
From page one to page 59 I have personally witnessed myself. I can assure you that I am very excited and look for to Dr. Axe’s Longterm (life long) keto cycle. I have already experienced (shed) the first 40 lbs of stubborn fat. My body is officially numb Ketosis, and most of all, I am losing 2 lbs a day. One throughout the day and one when I sleep. I am a living testimony of the Keto Diet and enjoy a an alcoholic beverage every other day.
