I been practicing yoga for the past 15 years during my leisure time. But, i always struggled how to integrate yoga at work and feel for my colleagues and wishing they do something for themselves too since simple movements can do wonders on people bodies and to get rid of the stress . This self study book has many simple movements and other tips such as memory dump breathing tecniques can help great deal.
