Description

Do you, or someone you know, suffer from mental fatigue?

It can be caused by a number of things:
- Traumatic brain injury
- Chemotherapy
- Radiation therapy that targets the brain
- Overwork (Burn Out)
- Many other causes

Whatever the cause of your mental fatigue, the result is the same, a condition that can be crippling. I know just how debilitating mental fatigue can be. I have lived with it for over 5 years. I initially thought it would just go away but it didn’t. Then I thought I could beat it by forcing myself to work through the fatigue but that just made things worse. The simple truth is you need to work within the constraints mental fatigue imposes on you and then expand them.

I have spent the last few years experimenting and analyzing myself to find what helps and what hurts my mental energy. I have built my findings into a number of tools and lifestyle changes for maximizing mental energy. These ideas have taken me from being so mentally fatigued I couldn’t do simple mental multiplication to being able to write this book and much more. This is everything I wish I had known 5 years ago.

The book includes:
- Ideas to help maximize the mental energy you have.
- The importance of balancing work and rest.
- The contributing factors you may be overlooking that are draining your mental energy.
- The dangers of ‘Cheap Data.’
- How to change your life to focus on, and speed up, your recovery.

I won’t promise your journey to build mental stamina will be easy but I hope this book can provide you with some tools and guidelines to speed up your recovery.

This book is written for you, the mentally fatigued. I don’t use medical terms and its structure takes into consideration your reduced mental stamina. I can’t offer a quick and easy cure but instead offer important tools and lifestyle changes that will build your mental stamina and help you avoid periods of overwhelming mental fatigue. That being said, it will be up to you to build the tools you learn in this book into habits. Recovery will be hard but it is possible.

Good luck
