Great book! Easily applicable!

This book was a great motivator and outliner for my workout plan. I have been working out for about 3 years without satisfying results. This book just pointed out my mistakes within, and made my new plan. I'm now half way through the program, and I am already seeing great results. I definitely recommend it!

Great fitness book

At first I was a little skeptical but once I started reading it I figured out what I was doing wrong to lose weight and build muscle I stared out at 236 pounds and now I'm about 185 I def recommend this book it's a must have!!!!!!!!!
